We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are excluded
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or full refund at no extra cost
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
